At the end of October 1998, I
went to New York to visit some American colleagues. New York is the centre
of American photography and a very fascinating city with so many different
faces.
Of course I went to explore this overwhelming city in my free time to
soak up the atmosphere and to make pictures. Not in the first place on
the well-known touristic places, but of the daily life in The Big Apple.
